To qualify, items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition — tags attached, packaging intact — along with a receipt or proof of purchase.

Sale items remain eligible for return within the 30-day window as long as they meet the conditions above.
Change of mind: If you're returning something for personal reasons — wrong size, change of preference, etc. — return shipping is your responsibility and won't be reimbursed.
Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items: Reach out within 7 days of delivery so we can review and resolve it. In these cases, return shipping is our responsibility.
Note: shipping delays caused by carriers or third parties aren't valid grounds for a return. Bundled items must be returned as a complete set — individual pieces from a bundle can't be returned on their own.
All returns require prior approval — items sent without authorization will not be accepted. We recommend trackable shipping, since you're responsible for the item until it's received and inspected by our team.

For orders shipped within the UK, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for any reason, no justification required — provided it still meets our standard conditions: unworn, unused, tags attached, original packaging, and proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 days (your bank may take longer to post it).
